Which data we process
This website is an information site. Personal data is processed when you actively provide it to us via the contact form or by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp (name, e-mail address, phone number, affected glass, message and, if applicable, photos of the damage and the vehicle registration document).
Purpose of processing
The data transmitted is used exclusively to process your request, arrange an appointment, order the required glass and handle the claim with your insurer as part of the commissioned car glass service.
Contact form
Details from the contact form are sent to us by e-mail and are not stored on the web server. To protect against spam we use an invisible form field (honeypot) and a time check; no cookies are set.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) also applies. Please only send us the information required to process your order.
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads
This website uses Google Tag Manager as well as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Cookies may be set and usage data (e.g. truncated IP address, pages visited, device type) may be transmitted to Google servers in order to evaluate the reach of our website and the success of our advertising. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can prevent collection by Google by installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your data is only passed on where this is necessary to process your order (e.g. to your insurer with your consent or to the glass supplier for ordering) or where we are legally obliged to do so.

We store your data only for as long as is necessary to process your request or to fulfil contractual and statutory retention obligations (generally 10 years for business records).

Hosting
This website is hosted by cyon GmbH, Basel (Switzerland). Server-side access logs (IP address, time, page accessed, browser) may be stored briefly for technical reasons to ensure secure operation.
